Change of Gas, Electrical and Water Services Suppliers
As of Saturday 30 September, we appointed three new contractors to provide Gas, Electrical and Water services to our residents. K&T Heating Limited will carry out ongoing gas and central heating repairs, and annual gas servicing, as well as servicing of our communal plant systems. These services were previously provided by Village Heating Ltd (VHL).
Providing good quality reliable services is important to us and we are committed to ensuring our residents receive services we can all be proud of. The transition to our new gas and central heating contractor went very smoothly, and they are now fully operating for repairs.
To report a gas or central heating repair, Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm, please contact us on the usual number 020 8354 5500 and when prompted select Option 1. This will then transfer you directly to K&T Heating Ltd. If you or another resident in your property have any vulnerabilities, please do let us know.

To report an emergency outside of these hours, call us on 020 8354 5500, and follow the instructions to speak to our Out of Hours service.

We have also appointed WG Wiggington to undertake communal and domestic electrical testing, and Riverside Environmental Services to carry out our water monitoring services; these two new contractors will be fully appointed by 11th October.
