Residents enjoy end of year party

On Saturday 5 December, Elizabeth House residents enjoyed an end of year party provided by Octavia.

The local event, was held in the communal areas and there were lots of fun activities for residents to enjoy including face painting, seated chair massages, henna artwork and refreshments. Lawson, the residential caretaker did a great job of encouraging residents to attend the event which attracted over 25 households from the mixed tenure block. The children left with smiles on their faces having enjoyed playing games with their friends and it was a good opportunity for residents to meet one another.

Local, informal events are a successful way for Octavia staff to engage with residents and more events like these will be planned in the New Year.
