Impact Assessment Report 2015-16

It has been a really successful year for Resident Involvement at Octavia in 2015–16.

Involved residents have been influential in giving us feedback, and in identifying practical ways for us to improve the service. Click here to read about some of the key highlights over the year including over 250 residents attended Your Space (our annual event open to all Octavia residents), the outcomes of Resident Inspector projects, achievements of regular groups such as the Tenant Steering Group and Services Scrutiny Panel and increasingly popular local resident events.
