Octavia shared ownership home is shortlisted for an award

One of Octavia Living’s superb new shared-ownership homes at Gladstone Village in Dollis Hill, London has been shortlisted for a national award.

And the award winner will be decided through and online public vote.

The three bedroom house, being sold under shared ownership at Octavia Living’s development in NW2, has been shortlisted for the category of ‘Best First Time Buyer Family Home’ in the First Time Buyer Magazine 2018 readership awards.

The quality and design of the house, as well as the attractiveness of the layout of the development, is what convinced the judges of its worthiness to be on the shortlist. They also like its affordability as a London family home.

Members of the public are now invited to decide which of the shortlisted entries will win the awards through taking part in an online vote.
