Join a residents’ panel to help influence our services

One of the easiest ways to influence how we deliver our services is by joining one of our residents’ panels. We’re currently looking for new members to join our residents’ panel and our complaints panel. 

By joining the residents’ panel “Your Voice”, you will have oversight of all the different ways in which we consult with residents. It’s a good way of ensuring residents like yourself have the means to express their opinion on our services.  

The new complaints panel we’re setting up will enable you to review complaints and how they are handled by us. You will be invited to recommend resolutions and areas for improvement.  

Keith (pictured), an Octavia resident and panel member of “Your Voice”, said recently of his involvement: “I have learnt so much in my role, made new friends and know that I have influenced change.”
