Our resident consultation about our proposed partnership with the Abri Group

We wrote to residents in July, inviting them to take part in a consultation to tell us what they think about Octavia partnering with Abri by joining the Abri Group. We are encouraging all residents to respond to let us know their views. The consultation is open until midday on Friday 13 September. You can find more information about the consultation here.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures

In the Update newsletter we also share the results of our recent Tenant Satisfaction Survey, and provide an overview of our service performance.
